Which Companies Sponsor Tier 2 General Visa for employees with IT background

I have an IT background with 8+ years of experience in marketing automation tools and Digital Marketing. I have been vigorously searching for companies which sponsor tier 2 general visa since last 6 months but haven't have any luck yet. I know there is a sponsorship list too but it is a huge list to go through and apply to each every company. I have anyways tried that also. I wanted to check if anyone here has a similar background and if there are any openings within your organisation then can you please let me know. If you need more details I can forward you my resume at a later stage. I would really appreciate some help please.

You need to work from the list and the websites stated for the sponsors. Filter the search in the pdf document by industry.
