HO visit before licence renewal

Hi all I am working in Resturant as a business manager post . Last week ho officer visited our Resturant and interviewed director and with me too . Interview was in my thought fine . She asking me duties , staff time sheet , rottas, my wages proof of bank statement etc . She note everything in paper and signed me also . Now my question what happen next ? Our licence will renew for next four years or suspended or further more inquiry they will do ?? Pls advice me ??

Is this a new sponsor you applied for earlier in the year or your old sponsor??

Thanks for reply . Yes it is old Sponser just need to renew the license only .

So you didn't get a change of employer new visa then??

Regarding the license renewal, your sponsor will need to wait to hear back from HO.

We can't tell you what outcome will be, we don't know the business or circumstances etc.

Yes I changed the employer and I got the visa with new employer . 4 months ago I got visa for next 3 years . It was very hard but I am lucky I got my extension with new employer . Now again it time to renew the licence of new employer that's why they visit us . Now this employer is big companies any their sales also good and I am only one tier 2 employee. I m worried about outcome of ho ? How long they will take for outcome ? Pls advice
