Discrepancy in holiday records

Post by riyapillai » Sat Jul 21, 2018 5:43 pm

My concern is that i have not recorded/applied for leave in the company holiday recording system always. So now the letter from the employer have not listed all the holidays that i have taken. There is also no option to go and retrospectively add the holidays in the employer system as well! I've also been with the same employer always!

Now in the application letter after listing all your absences there is a question asking
What evidence will you provide to support the reasons for all absences from the UK and Crown Dependencies?
1. Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of paid annual leave from the UK and Crown Dependencies
2. Letter from applicant detailing any exceptionally harsh consequences to them caused by the change in the way absences from the UK are counted
3. Original official documents: (e.g. medical, birth or death certificates)
4. Letter from travel companies to evidence disruption to travel
5. Other

Which option do i select... cos i cant select option 1 and selecting any other is not really the case. All the absences were only holidays.

What do i do? I'm already eligible for applying for ILR!

I understand some of them may not be on leave management system, but if you can provide a list to your employer, they can simply print it on a letterhead and sign it. If the absences are under 180 days, it shouldnt be an issue. Yes there is an administrative issue of not having the absences recorded on LMS however, your employer can help you with this.

Have you maintained a list of all the holidays/absences you've taken?

Why are you posting from 3 different usernames asking the same questions, two of which were registered on the forum today??? This is NOT permitted on the forum and I suggest you decide which username you wish to keep.
