NON acquisition certificate validity from Indian high commission

Hello everyone
I have applied Non acquisition certificate for my daughter from Indian high commission and receive it.but I have to wait till December for apply my application.

I am just wondering how long this certificate will be valid. Is their any validity of this certificate.

What are you applying for in December?
