Hello I few weeks ago applied for ILR from Tier 1 entrepreneur 5 year route and my wife today applied online
to extend as PBS dependent as she is been here only for last 1 year. But NHS surcharge she received NHS reference no without making any payment

I just want to confirm is it normal as I am waiting for my ILR and once I got it they will send us any letter to make payment later ?

please share some experience

She should have applied on the paper form and asked for her application to be considered once your ILR is granted and referencing your ILR case reference number.

She must pay IHS of £600 and the reason it came up as zero is because she put YOUR visa expiry date of 28/7/2018!

Hello we initially filled postal application form but again when we went to pay NHS surcharge there were no option to say I applied for ILR but just asking the epiry date of visa and it also came with a reference no without making payment

You could have put a date 3 years forward.

You will have to wait for HO to contact you to make the IHS payment.
