Please do not post ILR questions in the Tier 1 Ent sub forum.

Topic moved to the ILR sub forum.

There is no template no. Your letter should explain briefly what you wish to do and your circumstances.

The form tells you what documents HO expect you to submit to cover a period where you don't have all passports.

Thanks Cr001 for reply.I haven't got all the documents required in that form.Time period is August 2012 till May 2013.It was time of my PSW and my psw was from july 2012 till 2014.I worked from april 2012 till 2013 which i got P60.I haven't got any medical appointment during that time so no medical proof.
No morgage
No pension letter
No birth certificate or any child born here
No gass/ele bills/council letter as i was living with family
What i got is Mobile phone call record which i got from my xcompany which clearly shows calls during that time
Also, bank statements which shows some shopping trans and some social trans during that time.
I don't know what else i need.
If anyone went through same situation , please guide. Thanks

3-4 weeks usually. Contact UKVI via appointmentexceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
