FLR M to ILR

Post by Mohammad Alam » Thu Jul 26, 2018 11:23 am

Hi my wife had joined me at November 2009. She was on tier 4 dependent visa. When I applied for my ILR She had to apply for FLR FP. Her visa was refused with no appeal right during my application was in process. When I had my ILR approved it was already 27th days. I applied for her FLR M next day which was 28th days since her visa refused. Her FLR M visa was approved. Now Could someone advise me is she still eligible to apply in long residence route ILR? She will be 10 years in next year November. I know if a visa refused then we used to have 28days to reapply for another visa before. But does it breaks the chain?

But I am thinking is her Chain broken?
Is there anyone has experience this?

Useful to post the exact immigration history, visas categories and all dates of visa start/expiry and date of application if you expect any worthwhile advice.
