What happen if you have completed 5 years on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, without extension .

Do you mean were initially granted a 5 year visa as tier 1 entrepreneur?? My understanding is that this is not normal.

You should be able to vary your extension application to an ILR application.

I am still waiting from someone to do that to see how HO will respond, but I can't see anything in the immigration rules that should stop you from doing that.

But it is more likely your application will be decided before that.
