Immigration for child without consent from British citizen father

Son was born in UK..father’s name appeared on the birth certificate. Father became Brit citizen after child was born. Child is now 14 yrs and live with mother in abroad. Child wants to apply for a Brit visa without father consent.. Is it possible? We cannot provide the father’s address or passport.
