ICT tier2 cooling off period confusion

Hi,
I am from India.
In june 2017, My company provided me COS for 3 years, VISA was issued for one year, i went to uk in June 2017, and had to come back to India in Jan 2018. Now i need to go back, my visa expired in June 2018, but my COS is still valid.

Can i renew my VISA now?
Is cooling off period if applicable, can be waived , may be applying under other ICT category like short visa with new COS?
Till what time my cooling off period will be there?

12 month cooling off applies for Tier 2 General.

There is no longer a Tier 2 ICT Short Term visa.

You need a new CoS for Tier 2 ICT Long Term visa if you are still with the same sponsor.

You likely did not have a CoS valid for 3 years otherwise that would have been your visa length. You probably had a 1 year valid CoS but had to apply for a 'up to 3 years' visa.

If you previously had a Tier 2 ICT Long Term visa, you are subjected to a 12 months cool off period from the day you left the UK
