Refugee in Spain allowed to transfer status to UK?

Hello there!

Hope you guys can help me. I have a friend who has refugee status in Spain and wants to move to the UK due to falling in love with someone that lives in London. There isn't much information around the transfer of refugee status from one country to another so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with it and know of the possibilities of doing so. Thanks in advance.

You can't 'transfer' the status.

What is the immigration status of the person in London?

Have your 'friend' and this person met in person??
