Can I apply for my ILR

Hope you can help me with this, my visa expire next year in April 2019 but I gonna have 5 years living in the UK by the end of October, so I was wondering if I can apply for ILR by the end of October or wait before my visa expire. Also I would like apply using the one day service, can I book this now?

Useful if you state what your full UK immigration history is, on what visa you are and on what basis you qualify for ILR!!

I'm on the 5 years route on spouse visa my wife is British and my concern is if I can apply for ILR.

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 18 October 2018 provided you meet the B1 English, LIUK ete requirements.
