EEA permanent residency and 5 year qualifying period for AN

Post by jmmo20 » Thu Aug 02, 2018 3:47 pm

Hi
quick question - I just panicked a little bit.

I see a lot of people when reporting timelines for their AN applications they report: 5 years + 1 year PR if they are EU.

I assume they mean, mostly, that they are using the last 5 years of their residency as qualifying period, and that the last 12 months they've had PR, am I correct in assuming this?

In my application I used the last 5 years as qualifying period, and the the last 18 months of those 5 years I've had the PR, so free from time restrictions.

07/2013 to 07/2018 as qualifying period, and have had PR since 01/17/

Have I understood everything correctly?
