Unrestricted Cos Times

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any insight as to how long it takes for a company to get an unrestricted CoS? Say if, they didn't have the allocation, how long would it take? I know for restricted they review it once a month, was wondering if it was the same for unrestricted.

No it is not the same for unrestricted, ie mo thly allocation. If they have CoS allocation, the can assign a Cos immediately.

If they don't have any, they can request urgently if necessary and it doesn't take very long.

My company HR have requested for an additional Unrestricted CoS from UKVI(almost a week ago) but they informed me that they do not have any control on how long UKVI may take to process the request.

Can you please advise?

Thanks for your response. I think it would be wise if I request my HR to request through priority service and try for a processing with in 5 days time.

My sponsor did pay for the Priority change in circumstance fees and got the CoS allocated in 3 days.
