Switching between jobs has a Gap of 1 month

Hi All,

I am planing to apply for ILR end of October. I have a quick question

I was on Tier 2 VISA for 3 year form one company. Then i moved to another company on Tier2 VISA.
Now i am about to complete 2 years is new company. which makes it total 5 years on Tier2 VISA (so i am eligible for ILR)

however my concern is
when i switched from 1 company to another I has a gap of 1 month -- which means i left my first company on 18 October and joined another company on 28 November.
Will this cause an issue.
