Do i need to submit sponsors identity proof at the time of visa filling ..

Am applying for tier 4 visa Do i need to provide any sponsor identity proof like adhaar or pan at the time of visa interview...

What do you mean by "sponsor"? You can only show evidence of money in your own name or in a parent's name, unless you have funding from an official financial sponsor but that would not be an individual anyway.
