My daughter visa confirmation

Post by Macro_Run » Wed Aug 08, 2018 3:18 pm

Hello,
Sorry, I do not have privilege to create a new topic unfortunately. So I continue with my old topic anyway.

I am a naturalised British and I have 2 children, one child is British and another child has settlement visa (No public fund in the BRP).

1. Can I claim child benefit and universal credit for my two childs?
2. will it be any problem during my child visa extension?
3. I have a wife who has settlement visa (No public fund in the BRP) as well - so is it possible to apply marriage allowance?

Could you clarify them if any experts?

You should. Click on 'new topic' icon top left of sub forum pages. I have however split your post to the 'Claiming Benefits' sub forum as this is more relevant than your previous topic.

1. Yes.

2. No.

3. What 'marriage allowance' are you asking about? The tax free one??

Thank you very much CR001.

The marriage allowance looks like kind of tax free, but I am not sure about that completely.

I am a British father and claim the child benefit for my children.

1. is it enough to send my British passport and my kids birth certificates and passports along with application?

2. Should we send mother's passport and BRP as well?
