FLR (M)

Post by Jishu » Thu Aug 09, 2018 4:28 pm

Hello everyone.
I have a quick question.
I will be applying for ILR beginning of next month via 10 years route. Currently I'm on Tier 2 General VISA and my wife as Tier 2 Dependent.
Was wondering once I get my ILR approved how quickly do I have to apply for wife's FLR(M)? Is there any rules or regulations?
Thanks in advance.

She can apply to switch at any time before her current visa expires. Risky though to travel out of the UK so if she has travel plans, she should switch before leaving the UK.
