Fiancee Visa application time from Philippines

Hi guys, thanks in advance for your help.

Basically got an email from solicitor 3 weeks ago saying my fiancée's visa application had been received by the UK's decision making centre.

I know it can take 12 weeks but has anyone got any experience of applying for a fiancée visa from the Philippines?
