I am just confuse by the ILR application "within 28 days of you completing your qualifying period" as shown below at the HO website.
"If you are applying for settlement (known as ‘indefinite leave to remain’), please ensure that your premium appointment is within 28 days of you completing your qualifying period. If it is not, you should reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you attend a premium service appointment and submit your application more than 28 days before completing your qualifying period your application will normally be refused."
In my case, I came to the UK on 18 Sept 2008, and the current visa till Feb 2019. Suppose I could get the Premium Service application on 21 Sept 2018, could I apply for the ILR within so called 28 days of completing the qualifying period?
Thanks for any advice.
