Evidence of Immigration Status in the UK

Hi All,

I am due for my IRL premium service appointment in next 10 days and I have got a check list of items which I need tick and one of the check list item is 'Evidence of Mr X's Immigration status in the UK' which I believe is my BRP card but the confusion is there is another check list item 'Current Biometric Residence Permit'.

Can anyone suggest what documents are accepted for 'Evidence of Mr X's Immigration status in the UK'?

Which route to ILR are you applying, 5 years residence or 10 years long residence?

I have been on Tier 2 General visa for the past 5 years, initial tier 2 visa was issued for 3 years which was renewed 2 years back. My current tier 2 visa is still valid for another 11 months. I have applied ILR with Set(o) application now.

Then you only need your current BRP card.

Some visa routes/categories can be combined to apply for ILR, i.e Tier 2 and Tier 1 for example, then you would need to send evidence of all visas held, which is not relevant in your case.
