Well that is clearly unlawful and ought to be judicially reviewed.Paghedo wrote:I was not given a right of appeal.
Just wondering, on what grounds did you request a reconsideration of the refusal?Paghedo wrote:I came to the UK in 2004 and by 2009 I was issued a 5years extended family member of an EEA permit as my sister was married to an EEA at the time. About a year as I was issued my stay my sister and her husband divorced and I too went ahead to get married. My wife was a student at the time. we have two children together ages 5 and 3years now. At the expiration of my 5years which was in 2014. I applied for my permanent residency but I was refused. I was refused because my sister has gone ahead to become a British citizen and my brother in law is no longer in the UK.
I requested for a reconsideration but it was refused. I have proceeded with a JR.
Can anyone give me any advice on the best line of action to resolving this.
