FLR(M) questions

Post by Ali bhai » Thu Aug 16, 2018 1:27 pm

My wife came on UK as a spouse of teir 1 general so he spent 3 years as a tier 1 dependent after I got ilr she also got visa flr(m) for next 2.5 years so she will be completed her five year in UK. My question is she is eligible for ilr or we have to wait further 2.5 years and will have to get flrm extension..

Your spouse needs 5 years on FLR(M) to qualify for ILR.

There was no need to switch to FLR(M). Your spouse could have continue as a Tier 1 Dependent as you appear to have gotten ILR based on 5 years Tier 1 visa route.
