Immediate Job Change after ILR

i GOT A QUESTION AS WELL so i thought instead of creating new topic would be best if i can get an answer here

I got the ILR with the salary 36K, if i decide to leave the company and join another one with little bit lesser package than i used to or lets put this way if the employer dont want me anymore for any reason and i got another job with lesser pay than i was in tier 2 will that affect my Citizenship ??
