Settlement Visa for 81yr old spouse

My father in law is British. My mother in law is South African. She is 81.

They are thinking of moving to the U.K. as 2 of their 3 sons and their families live here and the third is moving overseas next month.

They meet the financial requirements for a settlement visa. Is there any reason why she might be refused on the basis of her age?
