Have Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff Visa can apply for Tier 1 Visa ?

Hello,

I am on a Tier 2 Long term Staff Visa (Intra Company Transfer) as per the new visa rules that was issued since April 2017.
I wish to stay in the UK for long.I have my contract with my current company until September '18.
Is there any way by which I can prolong my stay here. As the rules are stringent now, is there any option by which I can apply for a Tier 1 visa.

You can switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur if you have funds and meet the requirements. This visa does not allow you to work for any employer.
