Ii's been a month since a passport fee was debited from my account (17/07/2018). Applied on 04/06/2018 (online + JCAP). I havent received an approval letter as yet. Should I be concerned just yet?

Also does it mean if a passport fee is debited that an application is usually approved?

It can take a few months. Suggest be patient, you will be notified if you are approved.

No it generally does not.
