Tier2 visa application date

Dear All
I applied for tier2 ict visa in april 2010. I am told if application was before 6 April 2010 i might be eligible for ILR. My visa start date is 6-5-2010. I dont have any visa application paperwork with me now.

Is there any way i can get details of my application? Freedom of info? Any process i can follow?

Thanks for your assistance. I have submitted the application online.
They have requested to submit identification, attestation of ID and authorization to provide info. I am confused as to who i need to send this to. There is no mention of any address.

The application got submitted with no charges and website said they will be in touch with me soon.

Is this normal process for this?
