Hi I am living and working in Spain since November 2017 I am British citizen my wife from Pakistan she applied visa to join me in Spain 3rd of March which is over 5 months all the relevant docoument reuested was submitted with application still no response made few calls and emails to embassy and there tcs office no response in may made complain to solvit which is over 3 3 months still no update solvit says your case remain open with solvit when we have any update we will let you know can some 1 plz help what do to it’s nearly 6 months now why it’s taking so little long and what can I do avoid further delay thanx

Can you please clarify just to make sure: Did you decide to stay in Spain or go back to the UK?

Can she travel back to UK?
You could apply from there or try travelling together via other means.
