Hi All,
We recently applied for FLR(M) - Further leave to remain for my wife, who joined me in 2015 as ILR dependant.
Following are the documents we submitted to support our application. I include them here as our initial entry clearence was refused, and later we appealed for it, and the decision was over turned. We mentioned this in the current further leave to remain application as refused, and explained in any other items box with relevant home office reference number, and tribuanl reference number. The tribunal reference letter was also sent to the home office. Thought would be useful.
