Tier 2 general calculating continuous stay for ILR

Post by sunny18 » Wed Aug 22, 2018 11:58 am

Hi Experts,

Quick question regarding the calculation of continuous stay to apply for ILR through tier 2 general 5 years stay!!

should I use the visa approval date(11/10/2013) at a premium service centre as the start date to calculate 5 years minus 28 days?

or

should I use the BRP issue date(30/10/2013) to calculate 5 years minus 28 days?

I am getting confusing answers from different sources, please advice.

any help much appreciated.

thanks

This was already answered when you posted the same question in the ILR SUB FORUM IN JULY!!!!

Please do not post ILR questions in the Tie 2 Sub Forum.
