Warning from Customs

Will a warning letter from Customs for excess tobbaco at heathrow airport affect an ILR application?

If not, does it have to be declared?

Thank you for the reply.

Just one last question, if I am on a Dependent Visa under my mother and she has a Spouse Visa. We will be applying for ILR together on the same application.
Would any warnings or fines she has affect me as the dependent?
