How long does it usually take HR to start the visa application after an rcos is approved, if they are applying on your behalf ?

Why not ask HR?

Most applicants (the norm) is that they do their own applications when RCoS is allocated/approved and issued by sponsor, so unlikely anyone on the forum can advise about your HR's specific processes.

Is there a difference between rcos approved and rcos issued? I am sorry I am not familiar with the process.

RCoS approval is the process of HO approving them and notifying your sponsor.

Once approved, the sponsor has to assign the RCoS to you so that you can make a visa application in your home country or a country where you are a legal resident and not a visitor.
