Hi,
I am currently in UK in Tier 2 dependent VISA. I am applying for Student VISA from India. I will be grateful, if someone can answer my queries below.
1. I have fund in my UK account as well as in my India account. Can I use both account statement for covering the fees and maintenance cost?
2. The money in my UK account is transferred by my husband and the money in my Indian account is transferred by my father. Should i provide the proof for the transfer from their account to my account?
3. Should I provide my husband and father's payslip & tax return forms?
Thanks

If you have been living in a country/region that doesn't require a TB test for the past 6 months, then you don't need it.

Hi,
Me and my 2 kids are currently in the UK as Tier 2 dependent. I am planning to apply for Tier 4 Visa. My husband will continue in UK with his current VISA. Me and my kids are travelling to India for my Tier 4 application.
I have few queries below.
1. While my husband is in the UK, can i include my kids as my dependent along with my Tier 4 VISA?
2. If yes, will it affect my VISA decision?
Thanks

Sorry for not detailing my question.
I would like to know if including my kids along with my Tier 4 application will have any impact on my visa decision.
I have 2 options now.
1. I apply for Tier 4 visa from India. When my husband's visa is coming to an end, my husband and 2 kids apply for dependent visa.
2. I and my 2 kids apply for Tier 4 visa from India. When my husband's visa is coming to an end, my husband apply for dependent visa.
Which one is better here and how?
Thanks

As you say, you have both options. Which one is better for you just depends on your and your family's plans.

Hi Experts,
I am currently living in the UK with my spouse and 2 kids. I have few queries while filling up the application form.
1. Spouse / partner details: Do they currently live with you?
My spouse is currently living with me. But I am travelling to India for Tier 4 application. Should the answer be yes or no?
2. How many times have you been to the UK in the last 10 years?
I am in the UK for last 4 years. I travelled to India few times and Schengen countries few times. Should these be considered as separate entries to the UK?
3. Have you ever been given medical treatment in the UK? If you visited a doctor or were treated at a hospital, this counts as having medical treatment.
I am registered in NHS and had few doctor appointment in last 4 years. Should I include all the appointment details?
Thanks

Since you have a number of separate questions about your application, it's best to discuss them all with the international student adviser at your university. That is their job to guide students through the Tier 4 application.

Hi All,
I am planning to take up biometric on Aug 6th. While i choose the appointment date, I can see only "Prime time appointment". This is the case from Aug 3rd till Aug 16th. Any new dates getting opened have Prime time appointment only.
Will the normal time appointment be opened later or not?
Thanks

Hi Experts,
I am in Tier 4 (General) Visa. My spouse is in Tier 2 ICT expiring Feb 2019. My 2 kids are in Tier 2 ICT Dependent expiring Feb 2019.
My spouse is planning to switch to Tier 4 Dependent in Premium(Same Day) route as his project is coming to an end soon.
1. Can my husband switch to Tier 4 Dependent now and my kids apply after 3 months?
2. Can my kids apply for Tier 4 dependent first in standard route and after 2 days my husband apply in Premium(Same Day) route?
Thanks in Advance

1. They should all apply at the same time as the kids dependent visa will be invalid once the main ICT dependent changes to tier 4 dependent visa.
2. HO would expect both parents to be applying at the same time or one parent to have the tier 4 and the other parent applying at the same time as the kids.

Hi Experts,
I am in Tier 4 General Visa. My spouse is in the UK in Tier 2 ICT and my 2 kids are in Tier 2 ICT dependent Visa.
I would like to know if my spouse and my 2 kids can switch to Tier 4 Dependent within UK or they have to apply from my home country?
Thanks

I'm sure they did not refer you to online strangers for advice!
See
https://www.gov.uk/tier-4-general-visa/family-members > Dependants applying in the UK
https://www.ukcisa.org.uk/Information-- ... layer-3373 > Who can apply in the UK?
You might want to refer your international student adviser to this information. It is fairly basic stuff, and if they don't know it they may need some training!
