Your choice. Most apply on their own. It is not a complicated application if you meet the requirements and points. Using a solicitor has no influence on your application and they do often get even the most basic applications horribly wrong.Should I apply for tier 2 general visa by myself or hire some solicitor to do it.
No one can tell you what a solicitor will charge as their costs vary. No names or company details of solicitors is permitted to be posted on the forum. Please let me know how much solicitor will charge approximately and any solicitor suggestion would be really helpful.
No.1. My dependent visa is valid till July 2019. Will it cause any problem in Tier 2 general visa?
Likely you need to submit it. Follow the online process and the VFS process.2. Do I have to give my BRB along with all other documents while submitting my application to Home office from my home country. If not then is it fine to keep that BRP with me?
If it asks yes.3. Do I have to mention somewhere in the application or provide some documents to let them know that I am already working with my employer who is providing me the COS.
UK.4. What to fill in the application form as my current residence - whether it will be my home country(india) address or the UK address where I am currently living.
Your link doesn't work.5. Is the below link is correct to fill up my application
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/next
Yes, ALL visas you have held or applied for.6 There is one question in the application form
" HAVE YOU BEEN ISSUED ANY VISA FOR THE UK, UK
OVERSEAS TERRITORIES OR COMMONWEALTH
COUNTRY IN THE LAST 10 YEARS?" : Do I have to give all the details of my UK current visa which I am holding
No, however the RLMT might be scrutinised to make sure you have not been 'pre-selected'.1. Does it creates problem if you put the same Employer name in the Current employer section as the company where I work at the moment is sponsoring me.
I don't know.2. As i have to go to India for application , Can we fill the form and take the appointment from UK itself as we travelling to India just 2 days before the actual appointment?

While applying for Restricted COS in Sponsor Management System it's not mentioned that i am currently working for them. When they will scrutinise ,when I will apply from India for visa?

Possible yes.
Tom11 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 24, 2018 2:49 pmI was selected there for a role on 16th July. Now for the sponsorship its different role, for which I am going to apply in September end. i currently work for them. This can be a reason for rejection? They did the RLMT religiously though. Waiting for your response
I am sorry if you mind that. Just wanted to be on same page.CR001 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 24, 2018 3:27 pmI have answered your question. No one can say definitely whether HO will query it or not. If the process is done properly and sponsor has proof that you were the ONLY suitable and available applicant (should HO request evidence) and that RLMT was not tailored to you so as to exclude all others, then there should be no issue.
Nothing complicated to "understand" about you "situation", which is not "unique" and quite common. I am not stupid and got your point from second post!!!
