FLR(M) application date

Hi everyone, I am getting really confused about the date I should be applying for my FLR(m). I entered on a spouse visa June 10 2016 but my BRP card shows my visa as being issued 24 May 2016 and expires 7 March 2019.
What is the earliest I can apply without affecting future ILR and what is the latest?

I am in process of starting on line application but do not want to go to end incase it activates my time.

Would like to arrange priority appointment but am I right this cannot be booked until I complete and submit my online application? or can I book an appointment before I complete the application?


If I am unable to get a priority appointment slot, how long do I have to submit the form by post?

Shortly before reaching 2.5 years residence is the earliest and the latest is the date your visa expires.

You should wait till you are ready. You cannot keep an online application for more than a certain time before it auto deletes.

If you book an appointment before and without completing the online form, you will have to use the paper form. You can only use the online form and booking an appointment as part of the online process.
