Restricted (RCos) change of employer/sponsor

Kindly i have been issued RCOS from a big multinational company but i am currently in UAE, i haven't applied for VISA, can i change my Sponsor, will i have to cancel this RCOS and then request the new sponsor to apply for new RCOS , please let me know if you have any idea in this scenario.
