BRP question

Post by boing » Thu Aug 30, 2018 1:31 am

Hi,

I am aware that for a spouse Settlement Visa you have to arrive within 30 days of the start date of the visa and that the BRP has to be collected within 10 days of arrival but does that 10 days count within the 30 day validity of the visa or could you arrive on say day 29 of the visa and then have a further 10 days to collect the BRP?

I have asked a very good question. I think easiest way to ask it from some competent person in post office.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
