ILR application withdrawed by voluntary,need to reconsider the application

I had to withdraw my ILR application voluntary 2017 March,and returned to mother country due to many critical issues.But can I get a chance to request to re consider my application.
please assist me

Useful to state what your full immigration history is including visa start and expiry dates and the basis on which you applied for ILR.

As you have left, there is no 'reconsideration' of an application you have withdrawn. You also cannot apply for ILR if you are NOT in the UK.
