ILR via Tier 1 general dependent route

Post by mahesh7337 » Fri Aug 31, 2018 11:29 am

My wife is due for ILR via Tier 1 general dependent route.
I Wanted to check about status for my Wife's ILR application with respect to absence from UK.

She entered UK via Tier 1 general dependent route on 14-Mar-2013.

Initial visa granted valid from 08/01/2013 until 27/01/2015
Extension-1 valid from 05/12/2014 until 05/12/2017
Extension-2 valid from 03/11/2017 until 03/11/2020

She has booked Premium Service Centre appointment slot 0n 14-sept-2018 ,
the breakdown will be as below:
Absences from UK
Date Left the UK Date Returned to the UK  Reason for Absence  Days (-2)DAYS
11-May-17 21-Jun-17 Family visit- Bro Marriage 42 40
01-Oct-16 26-Feb-17 Health Issue 149 147

ILR   From   To Absence from UK
Year 1 10-Oct-18 11-Oct-17 0
Year 2 10-Oct-17 11-Oct-16 178 (Separated above 187 holiday days in consecutive two years)
Year 3 10-Oct-16 11-Oct-15 9 (Separated above 187 holiday days in consecutive two years)
Year 4 10-Oct-15 11-Oct-14
Year 5 10-Oct-14 11-Oct-13

is there any absences requirement for Tier-1 general dependent visa for ILR?
Do my wife need to show any proof for the absences from the UK?
Is it okay to apply ILR on 14-sept-2018 (applying 28 days before the qualifying period- as per above table)?

Any advice please.

No and no re absence questions. No absence limit for PBS dependents whose visas were issued before 11 Jan 3018.

Yes re applying date. She qualified for ilr in March already, why did she not apply then before the fee increases??
