Urgent question SET LR

Post by PabloR » Fri Aug 31, 2018 3:30 pm

Hi forum members,

I have my premium appointment for SET LR in 3 weeks time. I entered the UK on 15/08/2008 and have no absence above 540 days nor 180 days any one time during my 10 years here. However, I went to the US for holiday 08/08/2018 and came back to the UK on 20/08/2018. So on my 10 year anniversary day (15/08/2018) I was out of the country. Now the question that has been stressing me is that would this jeopardise my SET LR application because I was not in the UK on the 10 year anniversary day of my qualifying period.

Will be really thankful for a quick reply. Being stressing about it for days. Thanks everyone very much in advance!

There is NO requirement to be in the UK on your 10th year anniversary. Not sure why you think it would be an issue!!
