Issues with UKVI call centre?

Hello,

I am dealing with some tier 2 visa issues, and have phoned the UKVI call centre on a number of occasions. It seems like a get completely different advice on the same issue when speaking to different people, but it is hard to believe that the UKVI would offer such an unreliable service?

How reliable have you all found this call centre?

It is outsourced to a third party.

What are your "issues"?

And why have you registered a second username to post this question instead continuing in your existing tooic(s) under your other username? Multiple usernames are not permitted!!
