Citizenship for spouse and child of british citizen

I have a question please
My situation is like this,
I have British citizenship ( I naturalized after Tier 2 and 1 yr ILR), my wife is ILR from March 2018, and 9 year old child has ILR with her, they came to UK on march 2013, when can they apply for british citizenship??

SO does that mean they dont have to wait for one year after ILR, and my wife has done Life in UK and english language testing

The one year wait is for naturalisation, but that does not apply if one's spouse is a British citizen.

There is no one year wait for registration of a child; the child will be registered at the Home Secretary's discretion.
