Reg Ihs surcharges

Hi
I paid IHS surcharges and have the reference number but I didn't get any confirmation mail nor any mail from world pay but my amount has been deducted from my account. I have visa appointment. What can be done.how to get the confirmation mail.please advice

I applied for Tier2 General PBS dependent visa.I did check spam and junk mails but no luck.please help
