Post by Khai Tran » Wed Sep 05, 2018 10:43 am

Hi everyone. I'm going to marriage my girlfriend( she is british) and I have a question.
My visa( Tier 4 student) expires on September 2019 so after married can we start to prepare our documents and apply for it asap or we have to wait until my visa nearly expire in order to apply for new one?

You can apply for FLR(M) spouse visa if you meet ALL the requirements, as soon as you are married.
