I have got a ILR next year in June 2019.Please let me know regarding the payslips.
I dont have threshold salary at this moment but expecting a rise next year which makes it 3 to 4 months payslips will that be ok at the time of submitting my application or it requires min 6 months.

I understand i have to give Life in the UK for ILR but my wife she is on tier 2 dependent and it will be her 3rd year does she also require giving Life in UK test as she is not eligible for ILR but will be my dependent.

No she does not. LIUK is ONLY for ILR, not for a PBS Dependent extension. Don't forget that for ILR you LIUK and you have to meet the English requirement

one more question arises raising of this salary to the 35800 would raise an alarm ?

and i have got all the documents and masters from here so i will be ok with all the documents.

Yes, a sudden large increase shortly before applying for ILR will raise suspicions and could trigger an investigation by HO of your sponsor and a delay in ILR being granted.

A £7,500 increase is substantial and out of the ordinary unless everyone in the company gets the same level of increase.

Do you work in the oil and gas industry at all?? As this SOC and job is on the non shortage and on the shortage occupation list.

Its due for all of us the salary extension which can be 12 to 15 % as increased last time. but have to ask for a raise again next year which might increase an alarm.

yes this is the code but i am not in oil and gas i work for a company deals in air pollution equipment for extraction of dust.

As I said, a sudden large increase will most certainly raise a red flag. HO is well aware of this ruse and do investigate sponsors and often suspend or revoke their licence.

It started from 24K there has been an increase i can say its slow but they have done it.

As we are also eligible to work somewhere else with same designation for 20 hours can that be done. or we have to show total amount from main job.

For ILR you can ONLY use your main Tier 2 job income which must meet the requirement. Supplementary employment does not count.

How long have you held Tier 2?? You cannot have a tier 2 visa for more than 6 years.
