switching TIER 5 youth visa to a spouse visa

I would like to get married to my girlfriend who lives in the UK , she currently does not meet the requirements for a fiance visa or spouse , I am 28 and a Canadian citizen , would I be able to get a Tier 5 visa working holiday visa , get married in the UK then when she can meet the requirements apply for the spouse visa from within the UK

she is a British citizen and lives in UK , and she wants to continue living there but she doesn't meet the financial 18,600 a year requirement
