2. yes they can be part of subsisting relationship
3. reply truly but if you declare that you have formed relationship with present partner before marriage then more likely HO will want to see some proof of communication but if its arrange marriage through family members then indicate to HO.
4. Any thing non-relevant usually be filled by N/A
5. Form is usually be filled from applicant perspective who actually need visa so based on common sense unless its pacifically asked about sponsor the information must have been asked about applicant.

Certified bank statements are good enough.chokaschoza wrote: ↑Thu Sep 06, 2018 2:02 pmHi,
I have got a printout from Natwest Bank which goes up to 3rd April. Wanted to go up to 25th March otherwise I will miss a salary!
I have asked bank to send 6 month statement home and was advised it can took upto a week! I read somewhere else that they send only a transaction list.
I now have printed pdf Statements from online banking (not transaction list). I have printed it in color and it seems pretty detailed. I am hoping to get it stamped from bank. Will that suffice or do I need a letter from bank ?
Assistance will be highly appreciated

If for you certification is that mean then yes stamp & signed.minsurfnet wrote: ↑Thu Sep 06, 2018 9:07 pmThat's right, stamped and signed means certified by bank.
Yes it was stamped by the branch which has date on it but no signatures.Londoner007 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 07, 2018 12:59 amMake sure it is a proper branch stamp. There is no need to get it signed - just a branch stamp which normally has a date on it anyway
One short answer to your all question that if you are earning at least £18600 from the last 6 or 12 months then don't include or even show your intention to start your own company to keep case smooth.chokaschoza wrote: ↑Wed Oct 03, 2018 3:58 pmDear Moderators and Forum Members,
Just wanted to consult before I make any step further.
Currently I have applied (first time) spouse visa for my wife and satisfied financial requirement through 3A.
I am thinking of spreading my wings (career wise) and work with one of my friends. This will involve setting up an IT company in UK. I have a spare room where I will be working from and others working remotely. Therefore, Company's registered address will be my current home address.
I am hoping to run this company along with Salaried Employment. My questions are
1. From HO/UKVI point of view, is this a wise thing to register company on home address?
2. How it can impact future (Spouse Visa extension and ILR) applications to Home Office?
3. Can I satisfy financial requirements through Salaried Employment without mentioning company directorship ?
4. Do I have to declare my directorship in future applications?
5. Does it raise additional requirements accommodation wise keeping in mind that my home address of cohabitation with my wife will be a Company's UK Registered address?
Many thanks in advance.
Very nicely put. No need to volunteer this info if you have already met the financial requirements.

You are over worrying because you have sufficiently provided the relevant financial documents. However eP60 was unnecessary which preferably shouldn't be attached. If the payslips are stamped then they do not need any letter of authentication because they gets the worth of being original.chokaschoza wrote: ↑Fri Oct 12, 2018 12:20 amDear Moderators/Forum members,
