Hi My friend booked premium appointment via following web and paid IHS and application fees,

but when he start online application there is payment steps as well, not sure how to link both

When you book via premium you state which application you're booking for, so you'll go to a premium service centre. This includes the premium booking, application fee AND IHS payment. (Approx 1600 + 500). Confirm your friend has done that.

If you're applying in person, PRINT out the application form and fill it out. Leave the payment page blank as you've already paid. Double payment is NOT required.

As your friend booked the appointment separately to the online form process, he now cannot use the online form. As advised by the previous poster, he will have to complete the paper form now. There is no way to link them now.

To use the online form, the appointment booking is part of the process at the end of the form.
