Applying for FLR (FP) application as parents( plz HELP)

hi,
please some one help me , me and my husband are not british national and not our children, but we ae staying here for last 7 years and now we are going to file applicatin flr fp 7 year route of a child in uk, can anyone tell me
1. how long is the processing time
2. work is allowed?
3. is my application would me successful as me and my husband are living together with our 2 children. because someone was saying that flr fp appllication only for single parent or bristish child.

please help me. thanks

1. It can take a few months or more than a year.

2. If you don't have a current visa and are in the UK with no legal status, then no, you cannot work yet. You will only be allowed to work IF your visa application is approved. Do you have a current visa or not? What is your UK immigration history?

3. No one can tell you if your application will be successful.

7 year child base human rights case

Hi,
Me and and my husband with 2 children send a visa under 7 years child human rights case appli FLR(fp). On December 2017, now we receive a letter from home office case worker that they need the letters of our children from their school, gp, etc etc which shows proof that we all stay at same address.
Can anyone had the same experience? What will happen when we will send them all the evidence? Will they grant us the visa or what? Please share your experience if something same happens with anyone.

No I still didn't receive anything from HO, I send the additional documents to HO like children gp school letters on 15 September and I still didn't receive any update now... Plz pray for me... What's ur case history?
